Adventura a Ronda

Buenas dias!  Today was the last day of the holiday and school starts tomorrow.  It was our first big travelling experience, with a trip to Ronda.  Ronda is famous for its historical charm, incredible views, and it is known as the birthplace of modern bullfighting.  It has three famous bridges and a deep gorge that carries a river through the center.  To get to Ronda, we took a one hour bus ride and a two hour train ride through the Sierra Bermeja mountain range.  It was a gorgeous ride.  This was our first experience with public transportation, and it went surprisingly well.  The buses and trains were pretty easy to navigate and it wasn’t very expensive either.  The town was incredible.  The views were absolutely amazing.  We spent about an hour and a half just walking along the gorge.  I think we all had a positive experience, being that it was our first big trip, and we feel more comfortable using the bus and train system now.
We are anxious and excited to start school tomorrow!  We don’t really know what to expect, and most of the group has not even met their teachers yet.  It is kind of scary to go in not having a clue what you are doing, in comparison to our last placements where we had the workshop days to get to know our teachers.  It will be fun to see how this school is different than what we are used to.
